Yoga

 

One-to-one classes, group classes and workshops. Yoga encourages a healthy mind and body through a series of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). The focus is on developing strength, comfort and ease of movement for the body, flowing from posture to posture while staying connected to the your breath. Regular practice helps to tone muscle, improve balance, manage weight, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Each class includes time for meditation, movement and relaxation.

SLOW

 

Flow

 

One-to-one and group classes practiced in the evening, by candle light. The intention is to totally unwind, ready for a good night's sleep. The asana sequence is simpler, with more time spent coming in and out of each pose and the opportunity to hold poses for longer. Guided meditation is part of every Slow Flow class, the intention is to reduce stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and encourage sound sleep

One-to-one and group classes incorporating all elements of a Hatha flow class but practiced on chairs. Ideal for those with limited mobility, these classes allow all people the opportunity to experience the healing power of yoga. Each class includes time for pranayama (breathing), relaxation and guided meditation.

To form a relationship of trust and confidence with all students, in order to improve  physical and mental health. To support and empower those struggling with life balance, anyone looking to improve their state of mind and vulnerable people who have previously been unable to access such a service or who have felt uncomfortable in doing so.
